| 1144 | Hi I would like to draw your kind attention about the callousness of IGL Noida sector 3 billing centre ,a connection was installed at my resident in 2021 and since than I have been paying all my bills in time till dec 24 ,suddenly in August month I got a bill of ram 21000 and when I visited noida igl office and asking them as to why send wrong bill ,they checked and come. Back to me with apology that it is mistake done by us and informed me that my meter was become defective since Jan 22 and interesting meter used to checked every 3 months and take down the meter reading and accordingly bill was sending regularly and nobody checked till dec 25 as meter was defective suddenly they must have realised that blunder mistake was done by them and quietly they change the meter and sent me bill caculating from Jan 22 till September for Rs. 21000,while asking them as why should I pay bill because of yr mistake and asked them to compensate which they denied .
