| 1153 | As per BP No. 7000371256, I had submitted a bill for 2 months (June & July) 10 days ago, which was an estimated bill. However, the bill was later revised to an actual bill. This inconsistency is causing confusion. Either: Please continue with estimated billing, or Ensure your team visits the location every 2 months to collect readings and generate the actual bill. Alternatively, you may provide customers with the option to generate self-billing every 2 months. At present, it is unclear what process your team is following. If readings cannot be collected on time, it reflects poorly on the ground-level execution. I strongly suggest that you review and improve your billing process, as such irregularities are becoming very frustrating. For comparison, the electricity department collects readings on time every month and issues accurate bills without such discrepancies. I expect the same level of efficiency from your department.
