| 988 | Hi.. I am trying to apply a new igl connection in the house. I already applied for it with BP no: 7000489439. But it is now showing documents required submission pending. A mail was also sent to me as below; Dear Customer, In reference to your BP no. 7000489439 , we inform you that document submitted towards proof of Ownership/Tenancy found incomplete/not satisfactory due to below mentioned issue. Observation: Name differ in electricity bill, sale deed & property tax receipt you need to re-submit the documents against your aforementioned BP number Please rest assured our Executive will contact/visit soon & you are requested to kindly submit any one of the below mentioned documents towards proof of ownership/tenancy* of the premise. 1. Copy of Sales deed 2. Copy of Electricity Bill (latest) 3. Copy of House tax receipt (latest) 4. Mutation Certificate 5. Water Bill 6. Allotment letter for the residential premises (from Govt. authority / Land owning agency) But the issue is, I am not able to resubmit any documents.( Maybe it is a issue in website).
