Recently, I requested a small modification/shifting of my existing gas pipeline connection. During this work, no extra pipeline or major material was installed. The same pipe and setup were used; only minor adjustment work was done because tiles had been installed at my home. At the time of the work, your representative informed me that around ₹400 would be charged for removing/shifting the connection, which I found reasonable. However, now I have received a bill of approximately ₹3696 which is unexpectedly very high and difficult to understand. I would like to highlight that: No new pipeline was installed. No major modification or extra fitting work was carried out. Only minor shifting/adjustment work was done on the existing setup. Charging ₹3696 for such work seems unfair and excessive. Therefore, I sincerely request you to kindly review these charges and revise the bill accordingly. I believe there may have been some misunderstanding or incorrect billing. I request your support in reducing/correcting this amount at the earliest. Kindly investigate the matter and provide a fair resolution. Thank you for your cooperation.
