I have following IGL connections: BP NO. 4000736333 ANIL GUPTA A204, FLAT NO.7 3RD FLOOR STREET NO.23 CHHATARPUR ENCLAVE PHASE-II Since last four years I am getting nominal bill on regular interval. Whatever bills were coming, we were paying those timely. Every-time A person from IGL visited the place and took the reading and post that we got the bill. We never imagined such a shocking bill will be raised on us one day. I have received an amount of 32329.37/- I had spoken with the customer care executive on the same concern and he raised a complaint for receiving such a high amount. After 2 days today I have received a message to pay the whole amount within one day or the connection will be disconnected without informing. Again I have called to customer care executive today and he told me that your ticket number (9915911745) has been resolved by the total amount of 33055/- which I have to pay. I am a common citizen and I can afford to pay such a huge amount despite I dont have any mistake. Why should I bear cost of the negligence of IGL at the time of sending the bill? It's a request to put an inquiry for the billing department as well as the persons who are coming for meter reading why they are coming and what reading they are submitting .
