My meter has already been installed and is registered under the name Amit Sejwal at F-347, Mir Singh Marg, Lado Sarai – 110030. I have been attempting to reach IGL through your toll-free helpline numbers since last week and have also submitted callback requests, but I have not received any response to date. Given the current gas scarcity in the area, this delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I would urge IGL to treat this as a priority matter. The meter is in place and the premises are ready — all that is required at this stage is for IGL to initiate and complete the pipeline connection at the earliest possible date. I would appreciate it if someone from your team could get in touch with me within 24–48 hours to confirm a scheduled date for the same. I trust IGL will act on this promptly.
