1352 IGL Customer care team, We are in receipt of two average bills dated 02nd Jan and 31st Jan-1st Feb, night bill. It means, You have sent us two invoices based on average reading in January 2026 itself, why??? secondly, why our full credit amount of Rs 1633/-still not adjusted in both bills as per your mail dated 20/11/25 (see screen shot) . It's even only mentioned in 2nd Jan bill in credit amount column. Should it won't be adjusted in bill dated 01st Feb2026. Why we should be paying when our Rs1633/- still with you not adjusted. Why such internal carelessness and mis coordination internally. No actual reading has been taken since 11th Nov 1015, almost three months, why????We tried ourselves, but was not allowed due to billing cycle message.(refer your 5th Jan mail) Please revise the invoice and send the proper bill again or take as per reading and adjust credit amount as per your mail dated 20/11/25, whose screen shot attached and sent to you several times earlier. I keep receiving SMS messages saying that my bill is due and I need to pay it. I don't know how my mobile number got updated in your system. Please, I request you to permanently delete my mobile number from your website and database and stop sending me any SMS or making any calls.
