| 1273 | I am extremely disappointed with the service experience I have had with Indraprastha Gas Limited It has been around 2 weeks and my gas connection is still not restored. I have spoken to Subodh, Rahul, and Varun all introduced as senior members and each one committed to taking action. One of them even promised resolution within 24 hours, yet it has now been 7 days since that assurance with no update, no callback, and no accountability. What makes this even more frustrating is that every single time I call, I have to repeat the entire issue from the start because nothing is documented properly and no one takes responsibility. This clearly shows a breakdown in internal processes, lack of coordination, and complete absence of ownership. For a company handling an essential utility like domestic gas, this raises serious questions: Where is the customer centricity? Where are the basic service standards? Why do escalations mean nothing internally? How can managers repeatedly avoid calls and commitments without consequences? Is this what IGL considers acceptable for essential service delivery? This situation calls for leadership intervention, not surface-level responses. Your frontline teams are not aligned, your escalation system is failing, and customers are suffering because of it.
