I had submitted all the required documents for the ownership transfer, including the Sale Deed, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Ownership Transfer Form B, notarised documentation, and other supporting documents as required to your Noida office. A technician also visited my residence to verify the connection and gas meter readings. I was therefore surprised to receive a message this morning confirming the closure of the ticket, particularly as, upon checking the account details, I find that the connection is still registered in the name of the previous owner, Mr H.S. Chaudhary. The registered email address and other details also continue to reflect the previous owner’s information.
