| 1797 | Pathetic service I have ever seen. This is to inform you that my name is Pushpendra Kumar. I had applied for PNG gas meter about 4 months ago which has not been installed yet. There is a pipeline in our building from the beginning and only the meter has to be installed but that too has not been installed yet. The cheque of Rs. 5000/- which was given at the time of application has also been cleared about 3 months ago. Still no one came. Recently I renewed the tickets twice (9916364066, 9916321556) but no one came and the tickets were closed. Today again I renewed the ticket (Ticket No. 9916437306). But I'm confident that, like last time, the ticket will be closed, but no action will be taken. I'm forced to send this email. I hope to hear back after this. | 1796 | Very poor, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff, including the customer care executives. My experience with IGL has been extremely disappointing. I was charged ₹3,000, and despite submitting a transfer request over two months ago, it is still pending. The estimated resolution time provided by IGL was only 6 days, but there has been no action or proper update. The billing system is unfair, as customers continue to receive hefty bills and penalties even when the connection is not being used. The entire process is unnecessarily complicated, and customer support has been unable to provide a satisfactory resolution.
