| 1666 | It is extremely disappointing that even after applying for the PNG connection on 28 April for Dwarka Sector 8, New Delhi – 110077 (BP No. 4002477919) and completing all formalities from my side, the verification is still pending without any valid reason, update, or timeline. Repeated calls to customer care only result in the same scripted response that the matter has been “escalated,” but no actual action or accountability is visible. This reflects a very poor customer service experience and unnecessary inconvenience for consumers. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further before PNGRB and other appropriate consumer grievance authorities regarding the unreasonable delay and lack of proper response from IGL.
