Because I dont think IGL has the proper software or trained staff who genrates Bill I haved already paid my bill on 12 June 2026 by IGL app only and the due date was 16 june which was not updated by your team(which is your mistake). Now today on 20 June you genrated me the bill for just 3 units with the unpaid arreas that my bill is not paid. Seriously???This is how IGL is behaving so that they can charge extra payment on the basis of fine. Even after informing 1000 times that I have registered for the self billing. Do you thi k I am free that I keep sending emails to adjust the bill amount and ask you eveytime to adjust the payments .
