I registered for a new connection on 27 July in the name of Reema Devi (M No .8873007349)and submitted all the required documents to your marketing agent, Mr. Rahul Rawat (M No. 9999781068). However, my BP number has still not been created. I have contacted the agent several times, but every time He told that the BP will be created “tomorrow,” after which the call is disconnected. I have also contacted IGL Customer Care multiple times, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved yet.
