| 1834 | Hi Team, Please refer to my below compliance with below details BP number : 6000263741 Address: Amrapali Centurian Terrace Homes- Greater Noida West Flat 302 Tower : F-11 My installation happened last Thursday 16th July 2026 and since then IGL has provided 1 M of gas pipe(rubber pipe) from gas inlet to Gas chula which is shorter. I have paid maintenance charges already of 7k and liable to get 1.5m of gas pipe. I have called many times on customer care who gave me contact of IGL control room (called 5 times in last one week) and they gave another contact of the person who is promising me daily that it will be done but I have got no solution yet. I would request to look into this issue and get this sorted for me as I am fed up of calling IGL control room and their aforesaid Igl contact daily.
