| 1921 | Dear IGL Team, my BP No. is 4002165878 and Meter No. is RAY-77369690199. I had provided the meter reading to Customer Care, but it appears that there may have been a typing/data-entry error, due to which 34 units have been charged. The actual meter reading is 00000.034 m³. There has been no actual PNG usage at the premises and I have been paying the applicable minimum/fixed charges. I am attaching the latest photograph of the meter showing the current reading. | 1918 | Well hello idk if this would reach upto the concerned parties or not but I have a big concern. My father "Subhash Sharma" is not a registered customer in IGL, but there have been instances of bogus/false/fraud applications of PNG connections or any connection thereof with his contact number "9891917116" as a base. He has been getting multiple calls from employees/officials of IGL who are there to fulfill the application demands. When he rejected the call by stating "I haven't applied anything and I am not a registered customer, kindly denounce my number and reject applications" the official did not go through that request. By this time he has had over 100+ whatsapp messages from the OFFICIAL IGL WHATSAPP HANDLE (number provided thereon the official website).
