IGL recently carried out gas pipeline installation work in our locality. During the execution of the work, the interlocking road in our lane was dug up at several places. However, even after completion of the pipeline work, the road has not been properly restored to its original condition. Due to the damaged and uneven road surface, residents are facing difficulties in daily movement, and there is a risk of accidents, especially during the rainy season. 1781 I think I shoud take you people to the consumer court now. Because I dont think IGL has the proper software or trained staff who genrates Bill I haved already paid my bill on 12 June 2026 by IGL app only and the due date was 16 june which was not updated by your team(which is your mistake). Now today on 20 June you genrated me the bill for just 3 units with the unpaid arreas that my bill is not paid. Seriously???This is how IGL is behaving so that they can charge extra payment on the basis of fine. Even after informing 1000 times that I have registered for the self billing. Do you thi k I am free that I keep sending emails to adjust the bill amount and ask you eveytime to adjust the payments .
