For the last six months, I have not been able to make the payment because no bill is being generated for this BP Number. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the BP Number was cancelled as the address mentioned on the bill does not have a gas meter installed. I request you to kindly verify this issue, as there may be an error in your records. Please let me know the exact reason for the cancellation and guide me on how I can restore the BP Number or obtain the correct BP Number so that I can clear the pending dues. | 1852 | Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) I am genuinely heartbroken and frustrated with the way my request for a new PNG connection at my home has been handled by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL). For the last 2 months, I have repeatedly raised requests through customer care. The pattern is the same every single time: ➡️ Raise a service request ➡️ Wait for action ➡️ Request is marked “RESOLVED” ➡️ No one actually visits or resolves the issue ➡️ Call customer care again ➡️ Get a new service request number ➡️ Repeat the entire cycle! The screenshot attached clearly shows multiple “Service Ticket Created” and “Service Ticket Closure” messages. But the reality is — the issue remains unresolved. What is even more frustrating is that every time I speak to customer care, a different person seems to know nothing about the previous complaint. There appears to be absolutely no ownership or accountability. If a customer is willing to take a PNG connection and is repeatedly following up for two months, the least expected from a reputed utility provider is basic communication, accountability and actual resolution. Marking a complaint as “resolved” without resolving it is not customer service. It is simply closing a ticket on paper. IGL, please stop generating new complaint numbers and start resolving the actual problem.
