Two years ago, I applied for a commercial gas connection for my premises located in Noida Sector 132. I completed all formalities and made the full official payment as demanded. In addition to this, certain individuals also took extra money from me, assuring that the connection would be released at the earliest. However, despite the passage of two years, the commercial gas connection has still not been provided. I have made several follow-ups, but no concrete response or resolution has been given so far. This prolonged delay, despite full payment, clearly indicates negligence and corrupt practices on the part of the concerned officials.
