| 1597 | Dear IGL, I had done a temporary disconnection and reconnection of my IGL gas, and I have been reviewing the charges that have been applied on the bill since last month. For last month, there are two invoices generated. Invoice no. 100041970341 on 9th March has Rs. 447 as temp disconnection charge. On 11th March, invoice no. 10007617019 has another temporary disconnection charge of Rs. 447, reconnection charge of Rs. 1226. Reconnection charges are too high, when there has been no additional copper pipes added, connection has been added from shaft of my building itself and meter is there only. For the current month's bill invoice no. 10007790435, Rs. 415 has been charged for sale for png material. Could you please advise what material has been sold and what is the cost of it. Kindly provide me clarity of why have I been charged double for disconnection, high amount for reconnection and then again a high amount for sale of png material.
