| 1330 | Hello For your information I just want to raise the complaint regarding the theft of my old IGL pipes. As we are living in our own house and few months ago my house got renovated, I uninstall my connection and after few month I raised a new connection request for my ground floor because they don't have connection, your team visited my house and install new connection on ground floor after few days again I request for reinstall my old connection. But the team who visit for new connection they saw my old pipes which was stored on my terrace and they informed their labours to collect that old pipes we stopped them to not the collect old pipe as the old pipe restored again in my old connection but they said again team will come and they came with your old pipes to reinstall the connection and they wrote on a paper that how many pipes they collected. Now today maintanence team visited and check the connection but due to old pipes unavailability they denied to install the connection and they want their old pipes but we don't have that they already collected that now we just want to raise a theft complaint we don't have that pipes and we want to reinstall the new connection, we will not pay extra charges of new pipes , we want our old pipes back.
