Please explain why my mobile number is linked to these accounts and remove it immediately. This needs proper investigation, not a generic reply. However, I request that this complaint be treated as a formal investigation, rather than simply a request for contact details. I do not have any IGL connection, yet I am repeatedly receiving payment-demand SMSes against different BP numbers, including: • BP No. 4000791705 – ₹1,810.10 • BP No. 4000791735 – ₹1,785.29 I have attached the screenshots of the messages for your reference. Please specifically investigate why my mobile number is associated with these BP accounts, whether the SMSes are genuinely generated by IGL, and immediately remove/disassociate my number from any account that does not belong to me. I also request you to provide me with a complaint/reference number and a written confirmation once the issue has been resolved. I am happy to cooperate with your investigation, but I would appreciate a specific explanation and resolution rather than a generic response.
