| 1941 | Dear IGL Support Team, I am writing to formally report severe deficiency in service, administrative negligence, and ongoing harassment by your department. Nearly 2 to 3 years ago, we applied and completed all necessary formalities for a domestic PNG gas connection at our residential address. Shockingly, to this date, the connection has never been made operational, and gas supply has not commenced at our premises. Despite the fact that the connection is completely dead and unactivated, I am being harassed almost every week through persistent phone calls and automated SMS alerts demanding meter readings. Furthermore, I have received warnings that an estimated bill will be issued if readings are not submitted. When gas supply has never been initiated, demanding meter readings and threatening estimated billing is unacceptable. Since the supply was never commissioned, I do not have the BP number readily available. I request your team to manually retrieve our account records using the registered contact and address details provided below. Business Partner (BP) No.: 3100055549 Consumer Name: Mohd Ravish Address: 173, Grd Floor, Islam Nagar, Meerut Khatauli Road, Muzaffarnagar, U.P. - 251201 Current Bill Invoice No.: 10008977778 (Amount: ₹1364.68) Issue Description: Ever since the PNG connection has been installed at my home, I have not been able to use a single unit of gas because there is virtually zero gas pressure in the pipeline. I have already registered complaints regarding this issue on your helpline numbers previously, but no technical team has visited to resolve the problem to date. Despite having no gas supply and zero consumption due to your technical fault, I have now received a bill amounting to ₹1364.68 (including minimum charges and EMI). Demand: It is completely unjustified to ask for bill payments when the service has been non-functional from day one. Therefore, I request you to: Immediately send a technical team to my premises to fix the low pressure/supply issue and make the gas connection fully functional. Rectify/waive off the charges levied during the period of zero supply. I will clear my bills only after my gas connection is properly started and working. Looking forward to an urgent resolution.
