| 1912 | Hello Team, I am a resident of Joshi Colony, Delhi – 110092. My BP no. is 4002444863 I applied for a PNG connection approximately 5 months ago, but unfortunately, the installation has still not been carried out. Despite waiting for such a long period and making repeated requests, no one has visited our house for the installation, and we have not received any satisfactory update regarding the status of our connection. This prolonged delay has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. We have repeatedly tried to get the matter resolved, but unfortunately, our requests do not seem to be receiving proper attention. I kindly request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis, provide us with the current status of our application, and arrange the PNG connection installation at the earliest possible date. We would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance and resolution of this issue.
