I made the payment for the connection in March, and it has now been over three months, yet the installation has still not been completed. What makes this even more disappointing is that the required infrastructure—including pipes and connections—already exists in the same society and even in the same tower. Despite this, there has been no meaningful progress on my request. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I am told the same thing: “It will be done within five days.” Unfortunately, this promise has been repeated for weeks, with no actual resolution. It feels like my concerns are being ignored, and no one is taking ownership of the issue. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely unhappy with the way this matter has been handled. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this issue to higher management or leadership, as all standard support channels have failed to deliver results. For your reference, my BP Number is 5000276241. I request immediate attention to this matter and expect a clear and committed resolution timeline.
