The area representative Ram Kishor (9536626363) never attends call to update the status, he once told me to raise a ticket via toll free number to get the connection quickly. When I called IGL toll free number they said we can’t raise a ticket without an active connection. So, basically all are making fool of customers in these dire times. It is deeply disappointing that even after multiple reminders, there has been no clear update, no commitment on a timeline. Such delays reflect poor service standards. This unnecessary delay has caused inconvenience to my family, forcing us to continue with alternative arrangements despite opting for PNG specifically for safety and efficiency.
