1408 To The Senior Authority IGL Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Negligence, Safety Risk, and Irresponsible Conduct by IGL Staff Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email with extreme disappointment and serious concern regarding the highly negligent and irresponsible conduct of your staff members in relation to my gas connection issue at my residence. Despite making several phone calls and patiently waiting until the dates repeatedly promised to me, my issue remains unresolved. What is most alarming is that this matter directly concerns the safety of my home and family. The following individuals are involved in this matter: • Mr. Vipin Kumar (who fitted the connection) and the team he belongs to • Mr. Sameer (Project Engineer) • Mr. Shatrughan (Project Engineer) • Mr. Praveen (Project Officer) • IGL Gas Control Room staff Instead of resolving the issue responsibly, these individuals are continuously shifting responsibility onto one another. There is a complete lack of coordination, accountability, and urgency. Each time I call, I am either redirected to another person or asked to wait further without any concrete action being taken. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a gas connection matter where negligence can result in serious safety hazards. The casual and careless attitude shown towards my repeated complaints reflects a serious disregard for customer safety and well-being. I have cooperated fully, waited patiently as instructed, and followed every direction given by your team. However, the continued delay, blame-shifting, and lack of resolution are completely unacceptable. I hereby demand: 1. Immediate inspection and permanent resolution of the issue. 2. Clear written clarification regarding who is officially responsible for this case. 3. Assurance that necessary corrective steps will be taken to prevent such negligence in future. If this matter is not addressed urgently, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint to higher authorities and concerned regulatory bodies. I expect a prompt and responsible response.
